Return & Exchange Policy

We allow new, unused, unaltered, undamaged merchandise, with original receipt, to be returned for a full refund within 7 days of purchase or exchange within 14 days.

If for some reason, an item you receive is incorrect, we will pay the return shipping cost as a result of our error.

NEW LOCAL PICK UP POLICY

ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP FROM OUR STOREFRONT WITHIN 90 DAYS OF PURCHASE WILL BE DONATED. WE DON'T HAVE UNLIMITED SPACE IN WHICH TO STORE ITEMS FOR MONTHS, OR EVEN YEARS.
OUR CREDIT/EXCHANGE POLICY OF 7 DAYS STARTS THE DAY YOU PURCHASE, NOT THE DAY YOU PICK UP. IF YOU LEAVE YOUR ITEMS SITTING IN THE STORE FOR MORE THAN 7 DAYS AFTER YOU PURCHASE THEN THAT ITEM IS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE OR RETURN.
IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP, PLEASE MESSAGE US AT orders@southernsassvinylandmore.com TO ARRANGE FOR US TO SHIP YOUR ITEMS TO YOU. THE 7 DAY RETURN RULE STILL APPLIES EVEN IF YOU EVENTUALLY HAVE YOUR ITEMS SHIPPED.
